memories

sometimes burried
under blinding somethingness

Emptiness
always present

under deafening fullness

Born from nothingness and emptiness
you walk your way
over mountains and through valleys
to find you again
where you never left
in nothingness and emptiness …

Sleep

When in deep sleep
the “I” en “me” are absent

No “me” who suffers
No “me” who thinks

There is the pure
deep joyful peace
of ‘no me’ …

Recycling

All thoughts
recycled in an endless stream
tell me the same old stories
I know for such a long time

I look at at all these friends
and when I ask them to go back
to their original origin
they go and go and go

And when they go
the light breaks through
and I can see the precious gift
inside, no longer covered …

Working through bilions and bilions of life forms
Experiencing every experience:
Consciousness in action

Consciousness at rest:
Being, still, empty, full

A ripple, a wave
a movement in Consciousness
and
the I AM
appears …

and know …

In the silent starfilled night
gazing at the wonders we can not grasp

In the deep and endless ocean
dissolving in infinity

In the peace of the mind
resting in the heart

There is the ultimate joy
of deep knowing
that I

Your silence is so endless that I have just a notion of the depths

 

Your love touches every cell each time I breathe

 

Your compassion floods my body and the universe with the brightest light.
